1. The service

vrchat.dance is a free directory of VRChat clubs and dancers: club schedules, Discord links, dancer profiles, follows, and a Discord bot. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Adults only (18+)

The site lists lap dance clubs and may link to adult content. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your country) to use it. Accounts of minors, and any content showing or involving minors, are removed without notice.

3. No sale · free service

vrchat.dance sells nothing and using it is free: there are no terms of sale (CGV). Tips sent to dancers through external links (Ko-fi, PayPal…) are made directly to them, outside the site, which takes no part and no commission. Any partnership or advertising with a club is agreed separately with the publisher.

4. Accounts

• You sign up with Discord. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate a dancer, a club or anyone else.
• Club owners and moderators can claim their club when Discord confirms they own or administrate its server.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the texts, images and links you add (profile, poster, bio, club information). You must own them or have the right to use them. You allow vrchat.dance to host and display them on the site, in link previews and through its Discord bot, for as long as they are online. You can change or remove them at any time.

Not allowed:

• sexual content involving minors, or anyone appearing to be a minor;
• explicit nudity in posters and images shown on the site;
• content about real people without their consent, harassment, hate, threats;
• illegal content, scams, malware, spam and fake accounts or follows;
• false information about a club or a dancer.

6. Moderation and reports

Anyone can report a page with the "Report" button; the person reported does not see who reported them. The publisher can edit or remove any content and suspend any account that breaks these terms or the law. To ask for a correction or a removal, use the Report button or write to [email protected].

7. Third-party services

Links lead to services the site does not control: Discord, VRChat, club worlds and dancers' social networks. Their own terms apply there. Club schedules are given for information: clubs can change or cancel their nights.

8. Liability

The site is provided as is, without guarantee of availability or accuracy. The publisher is not responsible for what happens in clubs, Discord servers or VRChat worlds, nor for content published by users, which they remove promptly once it is reported to them as clearly illegal.

9. Changes · law

These terms can change; the date at the top of the page shows the last update. They are governed by French law. If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
